Better wheel studs?
Are there any better wheel studs out there. again I broke two of them today one on each front side. Now I torque my lugs everytime when I remove the wheel so I still dont understand why they keep doing this. I have decided to replace all 16 studs. But want to go with a better stud. Any ideas. I have been told to go with an earlier year model honda or acura, but wanted some more opinions.

Stock length I don't know. I can't see honda redesigning the wheels studs.... so I'm not sure what going with an earlier model H/A would do. Some of the cars like the TL/CL have longer ones that people opt for sometimes, but they're all going to he basically the same. an M12x1.5 thread is only so big.
Skunk2 makes extended ones, so does ARP I think. I guess you could just hack them to stock length.

what about rust and corrosion on the wheel and hub surface? I cant imagine why they are breaking. I've seen some cars that its not uncommon to see some break now and then but em2's is not one of them. hmmmmmmm Is it a good quality torque wrench?

I do think they are also garbage. I went ahead and replaced all 16 before I left for orlando from an auto parts store, so hopefully they will last awhile.

I still cannot imagine why they wont change the design on the front, needing to pull the hub is unacceptable. Wheel studs break, and also the threads get damaged, sometimes often.
