Rep Power: 295 coating is for reducing corrosion when not in use on a car...the rotor surface once used will start to rust even after cleaning the rotor with brake cleaner b4 install

Rep Power: 303 actually it does help prevent rust formations on the hub surface that can cause run out in the rotor surface over time. Not a factor here in idaho much. But i guess in salt country it could be
