TopFuel will become famous soon enough
stick with the 40 series...I have had plenty of sets of 18s and the ride quality is a big difference between 35 and 40. I had 225/40 series each set just to make sure my rims were protected and that I wasn't going to go crazy with the bumps in the road. Raise your car a bit even if you have to because you may end up regretting the 35 series in the long run. Since you are also in the So Cali area...you know roads can be real bad anywhere you go. Hope this helps any.

i wrapped my 18s with 225-40s too. Didnt have to worry about shitty roads too much. I miss them, especially driving those highway off ramps.

rear is just 2 low. Drop the front to match, it will look level (IMO). But if you like it that way, that is why its your car right

My next will be 40s.

I'm riding on 215/35/18 Wanli 1088 and it feels like riding on the rims. Noise is also extremely loud.
