rim changing

I have a stupid question. If i get new rims im gonna have to switch from 18 in rims with 215-35-18 tires to my stock rims with 195-35-15 snow tires. I know that that change will make a big difference with my spedo. How much would it cost to just have them redo my spedo when i change my rim size? thanks

...did you change it when you went to 18 inch rims?

if you did not change when going bigger, then you shouldn't need to change when going back. because you would have been off to begin with.

hes asking if you had the speedo changed when you put the 18s on...if you didn't then you don't need to get the speedo recalculated.

I dont have the 18 in rims yet. I was just wondering how much it would cost to change the speedometer when i do get the 18 in rims. Just to make this clear, all i have now are my stock 15 in rims with my snowtires on. thanks

The speedometer cant be recalibrated. Its been discussed, and taken care of.
End of story, and I'm thinking 195/35/15 is a typo.
