Have u tried Michelin Hydro-edge?
Hey guys/gals,
Have any of your tried the michelin hydro-edge tire?? I need new tires and am not sure what to get. I want a tire that I will get lots of miles out of and good all season (up in canada).
Any opions appreciated!
Thanks,
oh does anyone get a alignment before new tires? My rear tires seem to wear faster then the front, but my alignment seems to be perfectly straight??

I'd do BF traction T/A's if you want great traction. But hydro edge is prob just as good.
FYI, never get an alignment before tires... Always get it after, cause your settings will be different.

I have the traction T/As and I have absolutely 0 complaints about them. I've had them for nearly a year as well.
I would recommend getting an alignment regardless of what you THINK you need after getting new tires.

I got these back when I had 35k on the car and had a 65 mile round trip commute. Of course, now I have a 3 mile round trip commute.
The Hydroedge has great grip in the wet, amazingly good in the dry, and even though I've driven them hard (I'm 31, so not abusing them, but I do push the car on twisty roads), there is no sign of wear. The stock 'stones looked pretty thrashed at 35k.
I'd recommend the Hydroedge - also, see if your local tirestore will match Costco prices. NTB here in Texas did...
