Michelin Hydroedge need some feedback

Hi gang,

Need some feedback if anyone is using michelin hydroedge all-season performance tyres. I am interested in replacing my crapy firestones.

thanks

Well, any tire is better than the Firestone garbage. But the HydroEdge is just a typical Michelin touring tire, it is a jack of all trade and master of none. If you want a real revealation of your Civic's steering system, buy a set of real summer sport tires (ie. Yokohama ES-100). It cost about the same as the HydroEdge, but it'll be 10x better in the dry and wet. If it snows where you are, then you'll need a set of snow tires too. Don't skimp on tires, they are the only thing that sits between your car and the ground.

yep, I haven't used the hydroedge tires, but the stock firestones are probably some of the shittiest tires out there ... after doing my homework, I would say that the hydroedge are good, but there are other tires that are better because the hydroedge are only T rated (118 mph) ... if u have an lx/dx then that would be a great tire to use ...
