Tuner or Standard?
wutup guys i just bought these rims off ebay:

Do i need tuner or standard lugs? cause i need to order valve stems and lug nuts with locks. Or should i just get them from my local tire shop?

Also my car has less than 4000 miles on it...i know the wheels MUST be balanced...but do i need a wheel alignment as well?

the holes seem kinda deep so i would say tuners.
