shaking steering wheel?

say im driving 60 or so and i brake quickly, not abruptly enough to engage the abs, but quickly, my steering wheel shakes violently and i dont kno whats up, any suggestions? cuz its gettin scary.

what can i do? brembo replacements? or get the rotors resurfaced? any suggestions? bring them to honda?

you can get em cut, but keep in mind each time you resurface them they are getting thinner and dissipate heat less efficiently. I would get new rotors. i've heard powerstops are nice, thinkin about getting some myself.

Rotors are really cheap any more (cheap made and cheap $$) OEM and aftermarket. I replace them when they get warped.

cut them first IF they can be cut. there is a specification to what width they can be cut to. if its too low you have to get new rotors if not just get them machined and don't waste your money.

i posted another topic bout my wheel area making noises. im wondering if its the rotors that are causing it. some grinding, scratching sound as the tires roll, not when i break. any one in tampa wanna ride with me and help me out hehe? or take it to honda?
