i have an 05 civic... if i got 17s how big would the gap be between the tire and car?... does anyone have 17s with stock suspension?.. or knows how big the gap would be?

i just put on 17' and running stock suspenstion i can fit 4 fingers

it depends on tire sizing as well. the pic above is shown with a 215/40/17 series tire. meaning, wider rubber, but lower profile. with a 215/45/17, it'd kill more wheel gap than the 40 series but not much.

if you dont plan to drop, i would stick with a 45 series to avoid major wheel gap, but either way, its gonna be very noticeable. 205/45/17 and 215/45/17 are good choices.
