run on dougnut?
If i were to get a flat and had to use my spare would i be able to travel very far if it happened to be on the front? Does this do any damage to axles? or nethng for that matter? Also how fast are you suppose to drive on it safely? I'm going on a road trip and was curious? Thanks!!
i'm pretty sure it's in the manual to our cars. I wouldn't drive around with it for a month, get it fixed as soon as you can. And I remember reading you shouldn't go over 50mph with the donut on.
Does not really matter. The donut only lasts for about 50 miles, then all the tread is almost gone. I actually had to buy a spare tire and wheel while I was waiting for a new wheel. The donut sucks.
If you were in the dessert and had a flat, you could almost die before you got to a place to fix your low profile tires, much less replace one.

i wouldnt even think about that one.
if you want to be safe, i would check all 4 tires that are currently on the car and even remount a better tire on the spare if your that worried. drive safe

i haven't had a flat in a while but i knew if i did i'd probably be moving one rear to the front and putting the spare on the rear. I have good tires but I always think about it when I'm driving for more then a few hours straight. Thanks for the input everyone!
