jttegx has a spectacular aura aboutjttegx has a spectacular aura about
chipping on flat black finsih? i wouldnt worry unless it has a clear coated or some sort of special finish to it.

but if it chips, depending on the quality of the rim/finish, it could leave a nasty mark and cut thru the paint or it could take the beating and shine its flat black finish still. 5zigen are very quality rims IMO. i wouldnt worry too much.

which 5zigen rim lineup were u looking at anyways?

I have the flat black 5zigen FN01R-Cs. They have yet to chip on me. I just think they are a bit harder to clean since dust really sticks to them and it is obvious when that happens.

i've got flat black rota slipstreams and they have yet to chip. i've had them on for over a month now and have driven them 5000kms. i cant even curb them cuz my tires are 205/50 so the tires stick out more than the rim.

5zigen fn01r-c's 16's flat black or mayber hyperblack, not too sure yet, also will 205/45 tires stick out so that i cant curb my rims. if not what ones will work for preventing this?

you might get away with 205/45 without curbing. mine are 205/50/16 yokohama es100 and they look fat.
