Today's teaser....
I'm soooooooooo cool

I have 2 minor issues though... the left e-brake cable is too short (anyone got an answer?)
and my ABS light is on, but I haven't tried a ECU reset yet.

for abs light, have u tried turn off your car for a bit, then turn it on again?
my abs light went on the first time i turn on my car after the conversion, but it doesn't light up anymore the next time i turned on the car. i didn't even have to unplug battery or reset ecu.
about the e-brake cable, did u get them from si or rsx?
i didn't try using the stock ones, so not sure.

for the abs, you have to run the car around so the light goes off... and make sure the abs sensors are back into place.
for the brackets you have to losen that bracket and move it down the cable a little bit, its a very tight fit, but easy fix if you know what i mean.
everything should just bolt up, maby a little tight, but fine....

I guess I have to play with it some more. I did do 1 restart after the initial run, but it didnt shut off, in the morning, I'll check it again, both ABS sensor plugs did snap into place so I'm assuming they're being picked up. The ebrake lines are EP3 lines I picked up from honda. Its literally 2mm too short to fit on the bracket, but I can't seem to pull it any harder. I may have to disconnect it from the connector inside and try hooking it to the caliper first, then to the car. I got some playing to do.... but the brakes do work, which is good.
i got the engine light messing with my throttle body a long long time ago, and it took more than a shut off and turn on to make it go away. I know its not the same thing but i am guessing it should take a few days to a week.
man I been wanting to do the rear disc conversion for a while, drums look so stupid in the back. Unfortunaly I sit in at least an hour of stop and go, bumper to bumper traffic, the brake shoes would just be too damn expensive.
but damn lookin good,
but damn lookin good,

I'm not too worried about the ebrake... this is indiana. Its very easy to not park on a hill.
The ABS light is still on... I'm gonna try a computer reset. I may have a bad sensor in the new knuckles... luckily.... I have the 2 from the drums and they're identical.

what I can do later is check the specs on what voltage each wheel sensor should be putting out. They all produce AC voltage, so If you can hold on till tonight later, I can find out the specs from the manaul. You will need a DMM to check each sensor though.
also If you have a autozone around, call and check if they can read ABS codes, if they can, I can look up the code in my manaul and go through the troubleshooting process with you.

Its possible. I also read that if there's air in the lines up in the system it can **** the ABS off. I'll sort it out. I still have the stock sensors, so I can reconnect them to the new brakes if I have to. Its probably what I'll do because I know they work.
