rear drum brakes

imma paint my rear drums..anyone want to tell me whats the best way to clean them and what primer/paint works the best?

Sandpaper or a dremel with a wire wheel, blow them off with compressed air or something, then pour alcohol on them, let it dry and paint them. Use something like BBQ paint that you can go right over rust with.

i wouldn't use any compressed air...
just buy a can of brake cleaner and and start spraying it. then rinse it with water or alcohol or something. then after it drys, then start painting...
basically any high temp paint would work. just make sure to wait til the paint dries before putting on your wheels.
