Looking for imput on these tire sizes

Anyone have any hook ups on some odd sized tires for a vic. I'm looking for 215/35/18 in the front and 245/35/18 in the rears. I was looking at the BF Goodrich G-Force Tires, but they are pretty expensive. Any suggestions?

Oh yeah....before anyone decides to flame or anything like I know so many of you on these boards like to do, I have a custom widebody. Each side is 4"+ wider in the rear. I know it's a front wheel drive car, but my car is all show and it's not daily driven so I don't really care about how it drives.

Thanks for the help in advance.

You realize that the tire gets taller as the tread gets wider right? Before you go jumping on tire sizes like that, you prolly ought to figure out what its going to do with your fender gaps and the ride height (if you level the car, you'll have a lot less gap in the back than the front). A 245 is nearly 1" taller than a 215 of the same aspect. Honestly, I'd get the same size wheel and stagger the offset to make up for the widebody, while running the same size tire on all 4 corners. If they make a 245/30/18, you'd be in business, since its nearly identical to a 215/35.
If you just drive it to shows, then does it need expensive tires? Any tire that big isn't gonna be cheap, but I wouldn't think you need an expensive set of BFGs for the car to sit on carpet.

gangrel138 is an unknown quantity at this point
Just keep in mind that with wider tires you are going to stick out farther. I just put 225/50/15 hankooks on and I kissed a curb going into a parking garage last night.

Good advice. I'ma look into that. Right now I have a set of rims that my sponsors gave to me and I test fitted them on my car. It's almost perfect to match up to the width, but I just need to find some good size tires. It's a pain in the *** since a lot of the tire shops (ie. just tires, tire rack, etc) I call don't know what sizes to recommend me. As for the brand of tires, I don't want to spend tooo much, but then again, I don't wanna get the cheapest priced tires out there but i don't wanna get a so-so brand. It's like having HKS, Greedy, AEM, DC, Alpine, and APC. No offense to those who have APC, but it just kinda doesn't complent the rest of the car. know what I mean?... Anyways. What would you suggest for my tires if I was running 7.5x18 front and 9.5x18 rear. I'm looking for some really low pros.
Thanks for the help.
