Need some help balancing issue

Hi
I need some help...I just changed the tires of my wifes 04 civic ex coupe..I got rid of those insepid bridgestone potenza and went with some toyo...night and day difference...for some reason there is some shiymming in the steering around 55mph and up..I took it to the place I got the tires and they rebalanced them like 3 times and told me all is well..they alignment is perfect and so handling of the car..is there something else I should be looking for that they might have over looked? When I am doing 75-80 its really comes out feels like an unbalanced wheel...the rims arent dented or anything like that..I dont they would mount tires on them if they wobbled...thanks for the help...of yeah the wheel size is the standard 15 that comes on the 04 civic

There could be a few issues
1) They don't know what the hell they are doing or they are balancing it on one of those old crappy machines

2) You have a bad tire(s).

Have you tried rotating them and see what happens? If you rotate them and the wobbling goes away then they are balanced incorrectly.

to help isolate which tire or tires may be unbalanced... Do you feel it through the steering wheel or your seat?

Steering wheel = front tire issue
seat = Rear tire issue

Did a reputable shop balance the tires?? We had a car in yesterday for an alignment, and she had just purchased her tires at Walmart. Not a single damn weight on any of the tires. If they say they are good, take them elsewhere for a second opinion. Possible that there is an out of round tire. When we carried some Toyo about 6-7 years ago, we had several out of round tires in some of their product line.
