Wheel Spacers

Just curious if anyone on here has put on some wheel spacers. I'm curious at what size I'll have to replace the bolts on the 7th gen. I'm also curious how easy it is to switch out the bolts on the front hubs. If there as much fun as the older style then I'll just pass. Any info/opinion is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Anything else other than 3mm spacer you really need to get longer studs. I was ****in around one day and put 6mm (1/4in) spacers on th rear to see what it would look like. Cleared fine dropped around 3" w/19's w/trimmed rear lips. However, I would have never ran them with out changing the studs as I only got around 3 full turns.

What's involved in changing the bolts? Are they easily removable without disassembling the hub?

You will need to remove the rear drum (easy as its the same procedure as changing the rear shoes). Take them to a place that has a press and press them out. Then press in the new ones. Go back and install. EASY! ARP sells new studs there cheap!

I ran 8mm spacers with my gsr blades and I was fine. I could have used longer studs but didn't get around to buying any.

Anyways, the only company that make hubcentric spacers that fit our car is H&R. Depending on what kit you get they come with longer studs to so it's a simple bolt on kit.... the only thing is price. They are fvcking expensive as hell.
