There's a whole bunch of wheels out there that look much better on a Civic than that one.

I'd have to say at least its a 15X7... for looks, its not really my thing. but then you are asking for opinions... and Opinions are like A**holes, everyones got one and they all stink.

The wheel I initially wanted is below - tirerack will charge me $60 big ones to swap them out...

I know the borbet name is good, that is why I went with them.. but I am considering a change as I too think the borbet won't flow with the civic.

What do you think of the below?

mogwai will become famous soon enough
Those rims do look a bit "euro" but that doesn't mean they can't be put on a Civic. If you like them; go for it. My only advice would be to go with at least 17's.

Mogwai... going with 15" for the sole reason that I don't want to drop the car. Mine comes with 14" pizza cutters so just getting a "stock" setup for the summer.

2nd one looks like it's for a chevy for some reason...

3rd one is so so old school. Take a look at Konig's wheels for style. Then take a look at all of the brand names like 5Zigen, Ray's, Mugen, etc. Then take a look at Rota's wheels and see the low price and relative light weight. Get Rota's.

yeah the rim looks fine but 15's...I like 2k2 with his 19's, personally I'm slammed on 18's with a 30 series tire and I think it looks perfect...fits in the wheel well right

but hey, to each their own, you don't have to have our approval to put it on your car

Will there be much of a fuel economy loss on the 16" rims?

dude go with some light weight rims....like the enekis or motegis....less rotating mass. you could probably get a 16" or 17" rim that weighs the same as that one. just saying. thats probably as big as i would go....i think bigger then that looks retarded....but to each their own.
