What do you guys think of this rim? |
I personally don't like it.seems to thick to me. |
nice wheel, just too small for me. i had borbets on my 96 civic, i think they are a great wheel. |
They look too Volkswagen. |
There's a whole bunch of wheels out there that look much better on a Civic than that one. :) |
Wow, tough crowd :) |
I'd have to say at least its a 15X7... for looks, its not really my thing. but then you are asking for opinions... and Opinions are like A**holes, everyones got one and they all stink. |
The wheel I initially wanted is below - tirerack will charge me $60 big ones to swap them out... I know the borbet name is good, that is why I went with them.. but I am considering a change as I too think the borbet won't flow with the civic. What do you think of the below? http://www.tirerack.com/images/wheel..._tk5_ci3_l.jpg |
Those rims do look a bit "euro" but that doesn't mean they can't be put on a Civic. If you like them; go for it. My only advice would be to go with at least 17's. |
Of the two I prefer the first ones. |

Mogwai... going with 15" for the sole reason that I don't want to drop the car. Mine comes with 14" pizza cutters so just getting a "stock" setup for the summer. |
Just saw this one - would look good against my magnesium grey with tints... what do you guys think? http://www.tirerack.com/images/wheel...3_cg_ci3_l.jpg |
2nd one looks like it's for a chevy for some reason... 3rd one is so so old school. Take a look at Konig's wheels for style. Then take a look at all of the brand names like 5Zigen, Ray's, Mugen, etc. Then take a look at Rota's wheels and see the low price and relative light weight. Get Rota's. |
I like the second one, then the first ... last and VERY least the third... buy as big as you can afford ! 15"'s too small IMO |
yeah the rim looks fine but 15's...I like 2k2 with his 19's, personally I'm slammed on 18's with a 30 series tire and I think it looks perfect...fits in the wheel well right but hey, to each their own, you don't have to have our approval to put it on your car |

yea it's to thick...i don't like it. |

dude go with some light weight rims....like the enekis or motegis....less rotating mass. you could probably get a 16" or 17" rim that weighs the same as that one. just saying. thats probably as big as i would go....i think bigger then that looks retarded....but to each their own. |
i dont like any of them ... too small i guess :(( go get 17 or 18 ... especially velox v8 which will look perfectly fine on civic |
