my brakes appear to be warped since my steering wheel shakes at high speeds and everyone here has said that i have warped rotors so my question is i have 38,000 miles on my car and wanted to know if they would still be covered under warranty?

depends on how long your warranty is for, my car goes for 36,000 miles. So if you are over I will say not covered.

well i have the extended warranty but i dont know how far that goes. is 36,000 the standard warranty? i dont really know since i didnt buy the car.

... Brakes arnt covered under warrantys any way, as they are Wear parts.

well my sister had the same problem with her 04 at 15,000 miles and they resurfaced them at no charge maybe cause it was still new, i dont know.

yeah pads and rotors aren't covered, period. i replaced my pads and rotors at about 15k, anyway.
