Ceramic pads and Rear Disks?

Ceramic pads and Rear Disks? Ive got questions guys:
1.What kinda premium ceramic brake pads would you recommend: Satisfied pro ceramic or....?
2.what kinda slotted rotors would you recommed: PowerSlot or Brembo?
3. what do I need in order to change my rear drums to disks on 03 civic cup ex ?Any thoghts will be appreciated, cause i didnt find enough info about in here.

1 - I use AEM brake pads, they stop nicely and little dust.
2 - Dont do slotted rotors, I had them for a mile and they killed my pads, they sliced them like a cheese grater.
3 - Search on this one, there are several right ups. You just need rear disc setup n 02 or 03 SI.

Rep Power: 0 lemme clarify it, I need to get rear disks, pads and brakeline kit from 03+Si and it will be enough to make swap with 03 coupe, im a right?
I couldnt locate much more info on the board, need more advise.TIA
