WheelGuyz Beware!
WheelGuyz Beware!
Bare with me here but just wanted to share an experince I hope none of you go through. Maybe it's me but it just eats me up to think this is happening to others. And I'm sure it happens alot!
I order a wheel package from wheelguyz. All was good. Then 3 days later I get a call and am told the package I order was out of stock. Here we go right? They tell me it will be in in about 2 weeks. I told them to just forget it and give me my money back. A week later my refund was credited. I though to myself maybe I'll give them another chance seeing they responded quickly. I then called them and ask if I could get the same deal on a different rim. They said sure choose from one of theses. So I did. All went well got the package in 6 days installed them on my car. I had to adjust the psi because 2 came with 55 psi and 2 came with 35 psi. Took it for a ride and it shook the $hit out of me. Took it to a shop and found out they didn't send me hub centric rings. So after 4 more days I get the rings stick them on and it's still vibrating. I call them and they tell me my wheels are proably out of balance. Go get them balanced and that they will reimburst me. Cool! So thats what I did. It cost me 15.00 a wheel plus tax it was like 75-80 bucks. I sent them the invoice and then they tell me sorry we didn't charge you for mounting and balancing in the orginal price. I said you told me you were going to reimburst me when I called about it still vibrating. After telling them that they decide that they would give me 30 bucks back since that is what they charge to balance. Maybe I am looking into this to much but it burns me up thinking you are getting a decent deal then when you get them you have all these problems. Just thought I would share an unpleasant experience.
My ride does look good though!

I had posted something about them before...I had AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM...I was lied to, my money was taken, and never got my rims/tires even tho then took my money...Kept telling me they were on their way..Finally they gave me a refund after about a month.

^^ YEAH. I ordered from them guys. Great wheels. I got the DR3 White 17' Drag Wheels and i told them i had someone that would balance them for me because i know someone. well they said they couldn't do that and they said they would balance them and charge me 60 i believe. Well, i got them and it shook really bad so i took it to the guy i knew and he balanced them for me, a couple of the wheels had maybe 1 or 2 weights on it and then the other two had like 8-10 weights and he just took all them off and put on two each i believe. Well, i called them and told them i had to get my wheels rebalanced and they told me to call them and send them a fax of the receipt and they would pay me back. well i tried calling left several messages, never answered, never called back. I sent fax of my receipt and they still never contacted me or gave my money back. Doesn't really matter now. Pretty shitty service in my opinion. My mom is filing bankruptcy and she had my wheels on her credit card so i basically got the wheels for free anyways because i was just gonna pay on them every month. So its whatever. Im never dealing with them again.

I feel you Tazman. Don't worry about it thou. They'll get it one day and get it hard. I always go to local shops. If you talk the right way people can hook you up with internet prices. Hope everything goes good.
