Wouldthere be any issues if i removed those black fender wells from the front of the car??
they are in bad shape fron an accident and one rubs with the tire, woud there be any issies if i removed them.....

IMO I don't think it matters at all. Lowriders do it all the time when they want to slam the frame on the ground. The only 2 problems I can see is if you drive in snow, which I doubt you do, and if you go for inspection, for safety issues. But I don't think that would matter either.
If you take out your fenderwells, anything you drive over may go into your engine bay. I have mine out right now cause I'mworkinig on it, the drivers side covers your pulleys and belts pretty well, if you expose them you might damage them.
