Hey everybody,
I've been wanting to get new rims, the money is there, but I am not sure which color rim would look best on my white civic (sedan). Rims can make or break your ride, so i am really being careful on which color to get. I like the rims with a pretty big chrome or polished lip. Which color should i get: full chrome, chrome lip w/ gloss black, chrome lip w/ gunmetal, chrome lip w/ silver? Please help me, any other colors are welcomed also.
If you have a white civic and you have 17's please post a pic to help me get a good idea of what different color rims will look best on my white civic.
Thanks for all your opinions,
Christopher

Yeah, it's a coupe, but it's had both white and gunmetal/black rims on it. Should give you a good idea at least.

white on white looks clean. white/gunmetal looks excellent as well. i would search the member rides-- there's a lot of examples of both to help in with your decision.
if you have a white car to go really custom get black with polished lip then have a place paint the lip white and tint your windows really dark but that is hard to do and if the place doesnt do it right ur screwed.
but for a white car stay away from silver... and gunmetal but silver is just horrible and id say keep the chrome for the black cars and you should really consider going no higher than 17's or if u do squeeze in 18's try not to get 18x7.5 cus then they will most likely rub your fenders and there are ways around that but the screw with treadwear and performance.

Since u have a sedan, I don't think any SPORTY looking 17's would look good on it(unless u drop it like mother!
) I really like the White Rims with chrome Lip. (this is just my oppinion ) and Gunmetal ones...umm i don't know about that on a sedan...

i have the REV model VI's (5 spoke gunmetal/polished lip) and i get complements by a lot of people...it looks more "racey" rather than flashy, thats just my thing though
