Rear Disc Brake Conversion Question

Rear Disc Brake Conversion Question Ive searched and found nothing. I did my rear brake conversion today on my 02 EX coupe. The problem I am having is that the e-brake cable on the drivers side seems a little short, about and inch and a half too short. If anyone has done their own conversion can you tell me if this is normal or did I install incorrectly? If you have any pictures of the e-brake where it attaches to the hand brake inside the cabin can you please post them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
