Rota's or nothing

For some reason I want Rota's Circuit 8 16x7 or group n 15x6.5 , but not sure can i get input whether or not get these rims. Also my vic is a Green clover. LOL
Also what color rims will go with my vic.

This is a pic of my civic on 18's which are on my car now but i want a second pair of rims .
