What to do with rusty spots on my steelies?
I have alot of curb rash, as well as large rusty chucks of the inner section of my winter steelies, all rusted out, after only 2 winters...
Now, I just swapped back into my summer 15" alloys.... What should I do with the rust on my steelies before I store them?
Is there anything I should use to remove the rust? Last year buddy gave me this kinda pasty thing, looked like pink toothpaste... I rubbed it onto the rust and all the rust was gone!
Is there anything in particular that I should use? After cleaning off the rust, should I be spray painting my steelies with black paint?? ???

Use Eagle 1 nevrdull wadding. You tear some cloth from a big ball and it has chemical in it. Takes the rust right off with a few wipes. Then you can buff it with a cloth.
