Simple tire/rim question

I just bought Konig 17"Freefalls But wasn't sure what tire to get with them.

On that link there is a few tires to pickl from. Anybody have a opinion on what tire to get with them?

I just got a 02/EX/coupe And figured I would just get the rims/tires first. I won't be racing or anything, so tire stick isnt a major issue. I don't want to tire to last 6000 miles before there toasted. And dont want to avoid the rain like the Wicked witch from the west

I am torn between 215/40 or 215/45 I heard that the 45's could rub? Anybody know anything about that?

Thanks

Yeah for $50 a tire thats sounds like trouble from the start.

thanks for your help.

Just thought of something else. Do I need to get new lugnuts for my new rims/tires? Or will the old ones work?

Yes I read the sticky but, I still dont know what ones i need. I dont have the rim yet, it wont be here untill next week. I want to get the new lugnuts before they get here.

"Most, if not all aftermarket wheels use a Conical (cone-shaped) taper. The shape of the nut usually gives it it's nickname, the acorn lugnut. Most common is the 60 degree taper. "

Ok so i need Conical lugs---------

"Since its basically required that you need new lugnuts, you still have a couple of things to figure out.
Tuner or Standard Nuts?
This is dependent on the wheel. If the design of the wheel has deep holes for the lugnuts, and they're small holes (as if they wanted to hide them), then you probably will need tuner nuts."

WELL from that link i gave it looks like the holes are deep, but its hard to tell.

Can anybody help?

thanks.
