powdercoated wheels from factory

there's a wheel company that powdercoats their wheels any color you want, but i can't think of the name. they do a lot of touring style wheels. i did a search and found nothing. does anyone know who i'm thinking of???

Any upper-middle to high end rim will be powdercoated or baked enamel coated.
