well do you want to shell out the $400+ per wheel for spoons or $400 for all 4 with Rota?
Ebay sells rotas, or www.jaydm.com or http://www.groupbuycenter.com/Default.aspx or ask UrbanImport, he can get them for you.

If your looking for real spoons there gonna cost you, inlinefour.com has them and hondawerx.com can order them. Just get rotas since your going for the look. There are a couple sellers on ebay that sell them for 400$ shipped check the feedback forum.
You need to know the wheel width before you determine tire size.
If they are 6" wide, the widest tire you can have will be a 205 (unless it's like a Nitto, which run small).
With a 7" wheel, you can step up to a 245mm wide tire.
With an 8" wheel, you can upgrade to a 275 (I think), but it doesn't matter because 275's won't spin on a Civic (they'll run the wheel wells).
