18" rims on a 2" drop (front) and 2 1/4" drop (back) should i have any problems?

Depending on the offset of your wheels you should be okay, you may have to run a little more negative camber than stock in the back to keep the tire from rubbing but you should be fine.

you should be fine. i got 18's and dropped 3 inches and i dont rub. i got perfect camber to. just had an alignment.

i havent had any problems with mine...i am tucked in the front and a finger gap in the back.....i just need to get that alignment and ill be good to go

i found a tire/wheel set for $800 on this website, 225/40-18.. any problems there?

On sharp turns, you may rub. Not sure though. You would be fine running 215/40/18. Check the tire calculator:
