so the story starts @ my friend's buying me a set of 17" Racing Hart
3 piece C5's for my birthday(which was sunday).. and as my avatar
shows, i'm kinda more in love with the fn-01r-c's, so i started looking
around for possibly some guy to trade rims.. and on different forums, i
found a guy.. and he was asking me mad questions bout my c5's..
so i had to kinda look it up cause i had no clue.. but the thing is,
now-a-days, it's hard to actually find information on C5's made by
Racing Hart.. not RH EVO, Dazz, etc.. and so i kinda based the info
off of the specs of the RH Evo C5's @1010tires.com <linkage>
and also that the rims were once on a type-r conversion integra ls.
so.. according to the site, the c5's come in.. 5/100 & 5/112, 4/114.3
& 5/114.3, or 4/100 & 4/114.3.. so that's all good and dandy.. but
i then remembered that i had looked on the rims earlier today and
saw something about 5/something.. so how could the rims have fit on
an acure integra ls if their bolt pattern is 4x100?!.. and so i kept looking
on the inet for more info.. but couldn't really find any.. so i finally gave in
and walked my *** downstairs to actually look @ the rims closely again..
and found that on each "blade" of the rim was some gibberish.. so i cleaned
em up and found that each blade had what seem to be like a bolt pattern
and then some kind of max weight? like under the 4-100 blade, it said 500kg..
and the rest i didn't really care to remember..
but then here is my question(2 perhaps any racing hart enthusiasts or
knowledgeable person).. are my rims really gonna fit all those damn
bolt patterns? i couldn't find anything about the original racing hart c5's..
it's all either rh evo or some other bs.. could someone plz help and verify?!
oh and another thing.. what exactly does the weight(in kg) under each bolt
pattern mean?! once again.. the blade with 4-100 had 500kg listed.. ioNo..

[sorry it was kinda long]

our civic has 4x100 pattern, so it should fit 4x100
how many holes are there on the rims? if it has more than 4, then i guess it will suits other some other patterns
not sure what the 500kg means though.. perhaps the weight each rims can handle?

there's 8 holes.. and according to my boys in socali..
8holes = 4x100 & 4x114.3
10holes = 5x100 & 5x114.3
hrmm.. but why engrave all 4 bolt patterns on each rim?!

ok HERE is the deal
500kg means the weight it can withstand.... like max weight reading...."max load" like when ur in a elevator(idk wtf to compare it to) old ones are 500, new RH are 680
(i have RACINGHART type CR, and a set of type C4)
pattern avail on RACINGHART wheels
5x114.3/4x114.3
4x100/5x100
4x100/4x114.3
u should be able to look at the wheel and tell...
if their are 8 holes oddly spaced(like upper wheel on below link)

then its a 4x???/5x??? pattern
if their are 8 holes evenly spaced

then it is a 4x100/4x114.3 wheel
oh yeah that 500kg is the lateral weight it can hold NOT the "car weight"
any other questions?

well.. i just dont get why they'd put all the bolt pattern numbers on each rim..
perhaps they were just producing them and hadn't drilled yet and engraved em?
..iono just kinda seems weird..

chiboy...
the most lug patterns ANY wheel will fit is 2.....
now.. on the other hand. if u have a
4x100/5x100 wheel..
u can use a "custom spacer" and change 4x100 to 4x114.3(the space is like 1" thick and have holes and studs coming out other side)
and u can change the 5x100 to 5x114.3 thing is this makes the rim stick out 1" and isnt really safe... people use those on volkswagens so they can fit porshe wheels
