Not bad, not bad at all. Motegi is a well known brand and the Ventus tires are not that bad, not the greatest tire but for road use they are good.

You could probably find them for less on the internet but maybe by $50-$100 or so, then add the shipping and you are back to $800. May I ask what model wheel you are looking at??

Then ignore him, don't say anything and a battle will not be started.

Lets keep the flame wars where they belong and try to stay on topic: Wheels, Tires and Brakes.

Anyway, congrats on the wheels, cant wait to see them on the car.

Congrats on the rims. Please do post pics when you get 'em installed.
...And dont worry about Prod. He was just giving you a heads up on how heavy Motegi's are (which in fact are true but nonetheless beautiful rims)... I just think the way he said it came out wrong.

So what're u gonna do with your stock alloys?? I'd take 'em off you if you didnt live on the other side of the states...

sorry, about saying that about prod, just a li pissed, cuz i cant install the wheels tilll monday... my parents = gay (got caught drinking).... but... yeah, im keeping the stock alloys.. im gonna use one as a full size spare and keep the other three should something happen to my new beautiful wheels.

what's weird is that i have found these wheels with thes tires online for 700$ and fouind them for 1200$. well only one place for 700 and most 1000$.. whats up with that? i wonder what the markup is on wheels?

? Pics? I agree with prod, motegi's are a very heavy rim. My RH Evo CPS 17's are 17 lbs compared to 25 lbs. Thats a 8 lb difference. You get what you pay for.
