Steel wheels from toyota tercel ?

Okay. It's snowing like mad in montreal and I've got to say the firestones i've got on
the car are terrible.

Question, does a tercel 1998 have the same bolt pattern as the civic? My buddy has
4 steel wheels from his old tercel and I'm wondering if i can mount snows tires on them and
use em on my 2003 civic?

Cheers.

bolt pattern on the tercel wheels is 4x100 offset 42. Honda 2003 4x100 offset 42. So it looks like they match.

Second question. Are 13 inch rims too small for the civic? Or could i get away with it, considering it's just for winter tires.

You can't go any smaller than 14". Anything smaller than that won't clear the rotor and caliper up front.

Very true, I had 14" on my EX coupe and you couldnt fit your finger between the rotor and wheel. Very tight fit as it is.
