Im just wondering, what am I going to need, I know I need tuner lugs, but I was reading something about centering rings, will I need these? If so how much do they cost, and where can I buy them? sorry Im a noob, I dont know anything about wheels, thanks.

I have done both(order from online and from a store). I have to say that Americas tire co is my favorite. They say they can get almost any rim out on the market. I would check with them, installed i paid $1212.00 for a set of 17in Nakayama 6-speed with Yokohama es100 tires installed... They installed the center ring, lugs, silver tire stem. nice install and they were nice to my car.

edit: www.tires.com <---site and locations
