tuner nuts on oem si alloys

anyone know if i can use aftermarket wheel nuts for oem 15" si alloys?

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

Only if they're ball nose lugnuts.
Conical ones won't hold.
I think McGard makes ball end, Honda obviously sells them, and Spoon makes a set of ultralites for OEM wheels.
