Wheel bolts Da hell?

I was chillin' down da road with one of muh homies and I'm like "So, there, homie. I seem to have a bit of a vibration in my car, wouldn't you say, chum?" And he says "Certainly, sir. You may have a slight tire wobble or some manner of such." So, needing gas anyway, I pull into the next gas station and I go around checking out my wheels and tires. No flats...so I figure I'll go around and tighten up my lugs. Maybe one is loose. I get to the left rear and....*gasp*!! One of the lugs is missing. No...not the lug NUT. I mean the bolt. It just broke off somewhere. Don't know wtf happend. Anyway...guess I need a new lug bolt. Anyone had this happen? I just put my stock steelies back on about a month before this happened. Haven't been up on any curves or anything. Anyway, I've been driving for the last few days with only 3 lugnuts on the wheel. Gotta get this fixed soon. w0rd

umm. yeah. stock studs really suck. ive had to replace 4 of mine already. try to find a good tire shop. they could do it for you for a whole lot cheaper than Honda would .. belive me, im speaking from experience..

Ok remember when I posted the original post that I busted a stud off somehow? Well I of course got it fixed. NAPA carries both the studs and the Honda lugnuts...thanks Napa!! So whatever. On Thursday night I was driving and hit a small pothole in the road with my right side tires. The front one was not problem...but when the back one hit the hole, guess what...Snap snap! Two studs busted off. Had to get towed to the shop. WTF is the deal with these weak as hell studs on these cars? I barely even felt the pothole. So anyway...I went to Honda and bought 15 new wheel studs (already had the one new one on from last time) and 2 new lugnuts. I actually bougth them through the shop. $1.44 for each of the studs and a buck somethin' for the lugnuts. w0rd...........Not as long as my axle doesn't break next time I run over a pebble I'll be ok.
