Buy online... muuuuuuch cheaper.
If you want fairly expensive wheels, then you can pick them up at Tire Rack in South Bend, they're pretty fairly priced but most of the wheels they sell are pricey to begin with. Otherwise, price them out online and buy them. Even with shipping, you'll save quite a bit.

Any particular online store? I was already filling out an order with wheelmax coz they had that special I could get a wheel/tire combo for $599 shipped but found out with the operator that it will cost me $60 more to have the tires put on the wheel and $100 more to change the tire to a slightly better khumo 112 (they were giving out cheap crappy tires

Well if you go to a local store, You're gonna buy the rims, then pay full price for tires, then pay to have the tires mounted ($60) then pay tax on all of it. $600 for 17s (I'm assuming) is incredibly damn cheap. Wheelmax sucks... they've got a bad wrap from people on this site cuz they dont actually give you everything you need. I bought my rims from 1010tires.com, then picked up and had my tires mounted at Tire Rack. Discount Tire Direct does free mounting and balancing when you buy a wheel and tire package (You pay the price listed for both). There's a sticky on top of the page of big name online stores. They're gonna be cheaper than a local joint shearly by the volume they sell.
