Need some help troubleshooting my A/C clutch,

I recently was driving home from work this week and my A/C started blowing hot air. Got home and started tinkering. My fans kick on but the A/C clutch doesn't engage.

I checked my fuse and it was not blown. I tested the relay by swapping it with a known good relay and still had the same issue. I pressed on the low side valve and freon shot out. I don't have any gauges but I am pretty sure there is plenty of freon in the system.

After finding a video on YouTube, I learned that you can run a check on the climate control module by holding down a couple of buttons and switch the keys on. After doing so it throughs a fault code. The fault light blinked four times and from what I gather, it is an open circuit fault.

I have had the A/c blow hot air in the past but I fixed it by replacing a relay. I have also had the blower kick off randomly and be driving down the road and it kick back one. It will also stick sometimes when I try to change it from one setting to another.

Any thoughts?

Measure the resistance of the clutch coil. Or try powering it directly with 12v and see if it engages
