Conventional oil or Synthetic oil to top off civic 2002?
Hi, I changed oil in shop every 1 year. I don't change it myself.
if I need to top off engine oil. should I buy Synthetic oil or Conventional? I am not sure what oil shop use.

Check your invoice it should say what type they used, it's probably just the normal stuff

Nothing bad would happen mixing the two as long as they are both the same viscosity (5w20). It would just be a waste of money to use synthetic to top up an engine filled with conventional.
