New Member need help w/ Diagnosing plz

Hello All and Thank you for the add! I was hoping to get some help diagnosing here in hopes someone might have had a similar issue. I appreciate any advice you can give. I have 3 different issue with my hybrid, but I am not sure if they are related so I will list them out here:

2007 Honda Civic Hybrid--Everything is stock

1. Parasitic battery drain—After the car sits for about 7-10 days it will not be able to start w/o a jump. This recently ended up killing my battery, so I just bought a new one. I had the alternator/ battery checked they are working great. The only issue I found is when I used the diagnostic kit at my local auto parts store while starting my car, I get my starter failed (even though the car starts fine). Could the starter be draining my battery while the car is off? I have tried to do the parasitic drain test w/ a multimeter to detect if and where it is occurring. It seems to be intermittent and I can’t seem to trigger the Amp draw.

2. A/C Problems—One day my car’s A/C was running hot. I checked the freon and it was low, so I bought some more and refilled. It worked fine for a while, but now, occasionally, oily smoke comes out of the vents with a foul smell similar to coolant. The freon level seems to be going down VERY slowly after each time it smokes. The issue is intermittent, and it could days w/o smoking. The air runs cold and the compressor/condenser seem to be engaged correctly. It works perfect despite the smoke. I replaced the 2 a/c relays because I did hear that relays could be stuck, and it could drain the battery while the car is off. This fix seemed to have no effect on the issues.

3. Windshield Wipers shut off (intermittent problem)—When I turn off the windshield wipers from the steering column, they will continue to run for about 10 seconds, and they will stop anywhere on the windshield. I have to continue to start and stop them till they finally stop out of my view. This only happens about 50% of the time sometimes they work great. Sometimes when I turn off/on the car they will also stop/remain anywhere on the windshield instead of going back to their resting place. Could this system be draining the battery when the car is off?

Codes VIA OBD-II: No Check Engine light OR IMA light

Power Steering:
11-02 IG1 Power Line Failure
21-01

A/C Codes
B2989-Motor Drive Compressor wait
B2992 Thermal Line Open
Thanks in advance for your help!

Measure total draw with an ammeter.
Draw should be under 50 mA after the timeout period. I expect around 30 mA or less though, maybe lower than 20 mA.

Smoke from dash vents is not smoke..
It's water vapor. Same vapor that you see .as clouds in the sky.
Does not smell like a horse barn nor antifreeze..
Normal..if conditions re right for it. Much more likely to notice when using fresh air and the air is humid.. Switch from fresh air to recirculated air to reduce occurrence.

if AC quits cooling sometimes.......probably pursue figuring out the code for thermal line open s first step

wiper motor.....first i would check if the park switch contacts are damaged
