electrical issue, car dies overnight

I have a 93 4 door civic lx. no a/c no power windows etc etc.
anyways, Just this past friday the car wouldn't start.
so I take the battery out and take it Canadian Tire (ya I'm in Canada)
and have them test it out, they say it's a bad battery, I replace the battery things work for a day and a bit and then dead again the next morning.
i am figuring it was the alternator, but for the heck of it, I put on a battery charger last night get a little charge into it ( I only left the charger on for an hour and a half) tested the battery and it had some charge to it. this morning i go out and test the battery again and it's dead again.. (it only got to -14C last night)
So.... I need some help trying to figure this out. - I booked an appt with the honda service , they said they could run an AVR test and if that didn't pan out, they'd run a starter draw test..
( a little history a coupel of weeks ago the y connector for the windshield washer broke and was spraying fluid around the engine for a bit and the car did get stuck in the snow, but i got pulled out and shouldn't been any damage)
Anyways, thanks in advance to whoever can help me.
Re: electrical issue, car dies overnight
There may be some electirical componet staying on. Could some light somewhere. Is there a glove box light? I've heard of peoples glove boxes not closing all the way and the light kills the battery.
