operation free turbo civic 99dx

so me and some buddies have roughly put together a boosted civic from parts just laying around basically just a homeade manifold then a td05h off a 95 eagle talon tsi also used the talons bov. currently on stock gate pressure i can see 10 sometimes spikes of 15 psi with boost sensor located after the throttle body currently all on stock ecu i can lightly tip into the throttle and make light boost and the car seems to enjoy it and function fine but anything more and i reach what i assume is fuel cut but again am unsure. so with all that being said i do have an aem fic 6 as well as bigger injectors and a pump laying around the problem im having " prolly wiring of the aem" is that even with the rev limiter set to 7500 i can only rev the car out to 3k how ever on the laptop with the fic program it says like 13k rpm when im at 3k so im thinking wiring. is there anything here familiar with using an fic6 to maybe help me keep this project alive i understand the stock ecu is going to try to keep an afr not healthy with boost so any input using this fic6 and keeping the project as close to free as possible would be greatly appreciated

so ive been looking at mitchel prodemand for wiring diagrams i believe ive narrowed down my issues i believe i have the crank end wired correctly being the crank sensor is called a crankshaft speed fluctuation sensor seems to be a 3 wire halofect. so my problem seems to be on the cam end this engine seems to have a tdc/ckp/cyp sensor all of which appear to be 2 wire mag type sensors. does anyone know which of these i need to tag into to get the cam single to my aem ? currently i am tapped into the crank sensor signal wire and then i have the ckp sensor wired as a mag for the cam to the aem
