sedan swap
sedan swap
Alright guys so once again i have to lower my standards
. I'm looking to get a little more juice into my 99 sedan, only issue is i wish to keep it an auto.
I was building up a y8 mini me swap but long story short I got dicked over and I need all the vtec goodies for that head. I live in Canada and there are no y8 parts in my province and its $600+ once i get goodies shipped up here since our dollar is so weak now. We all know that isnt worth it for the 20hp gain.
I then got a good deal on a b16a2 and found out there's realistically no reliable way to run that with an auto as well as keeping vtec, so thats a no go either.
Is there any reasonable swap i can do while keeping it auto in a civic or am i doomed to manual swap?

Re: sedan swap
you could put an auto kswap in it, research the work involved though as im not sure how much time and money is needed, i just know its possible to do it.
