Heating issue

Hello , my heat only works when im actively driving. Other than that it doesn’t work but ac works fine and air always blows . My coolant levels are good i did bleed it to make sure there is no air bubble . I did a heater core flush nothing came out . I also checked the valve and it works fine . Im not sure what else it could be can i please get help its not my thermostat being stuck open as well

If the thermostat is good, the coolant level is good, and there's no air in the system, and there's no restriction in the heater core (but it sounds like there may be), the only other thing that affects coolant circulation under load is the water pump. It's possible it's beginning to fail.
