2001 lx vent select won’t change

2001 lx vent select won’t change
So I have a 2001 civic lx and air is only coming out the front vents. No defrost or feet. When I turn the mode select I can see the linkages moving and hear the hum. But doesn’t change the vent selection. I can’t find a diagram of the way the linkages are suppose to look or anything. Anything helps thank you
