2002 honda civic cranks no start [solved]
I have a 2002 honda civic ex 1.7 v tech will not start after rebuild. New cam sensors, crank sensor is in time and has spark. Fuel pump primes but is getting no fuel to the plugs. New o rings on injectors. Also when I turn on the key to try to start or just turn on the light on dash assembly stay on even if you remove the key. The only way to shut them off is to discconect battery.

Do you have engine grounds connected? Been a while since I messed with a D17 but there's one from water neck to radiator support, and another from water neck to battery negative I think. Maybe another from the engine harness to the engine.

Yes all grounds are good. Checked this morning and getting injector pulse and getting spark. I'm going to install new plugs and coil boots in the next couple days.

I found the problem of not starting. The cylinder walls were washed out from the gas being injected and no firing. I replaced cam and crank sensors.. Compression was low. I squirted WD40 in cylinders and put the plugs back in and it started right up after it burned the excess WD40.
