Cold start problems
Hi all, hoping somebody can guide me in the right direction. 2002 Acura El (Canadian version, it’s a 2002 civic ex in the US) won’t start after -4 celcius. Cleaned all grounds, checked all electrical connections, replaced ECT sensor, no engine codes. Replaced battery, car cranks fine, turns over nicely. Runs great otherwise. Any suggestions?

My only guess is that water is getting somewhere it shouldn't be and freezing. Fuel related?

I have tried gas line antifreeze, other fuel additives with no difference.

Iat temp should be pretty close to ambient if the car is cold

The temps are usually within 1 degree for cold start. That photo is taken just after I pulled it out of the garage.
