Cranks No start, hard start.

Hello,

The car will eventually start after about 20-30 seconds of cranking then stall after 2 seconds. If you do this 3-4 times the car will start and idle around 1000 rpm and stay that way for a while, but if you give it throttle it will fall on its face after about 20% throttle but it rev's up to 7000rpm if you feather the throttle and downshifting brings up the RPM and it doesnt stall.

I have been having some issues with my 2005 Honda Civic DX 2 Door, I replaced the fuel pump, air filter, alternator, coil packs, spark plugs, ecu, checked the fuses under the hood for the ECU well looked at all the fuses.
I also replaced the ground from the coolant neck to the frame and the negative battery terminal. I will double check the alternator brackets are tight in a few minutes. I also have a new TPS and IAC valve that I have yet to install.

I checked the TPS sensor voltage it reads .45v at closed and 4.95 volts at WOT

The car doesn't throw a code for anything besides a lean condition after it runs for quite a while. The dealer said the ECU works and they programmed the key but they also told me the ECU wasnt talking to the other modules.

EDIT: Also replaces both the fan switch and coolant sensor. Both O2 Sensors are brand new.
The car was sitting for 4 years also.

If you have a fault for running lean that may be your issue. Can you try unplugging the primary O2 sensor (before the cat) and see if it runs better?

I forgot to add I have 2 new O2 sensors up and down stream and it is the correct O2 sensor for my year. Also a new header and Cat.

Two is normal. If you just replaced them the sensor may be giving faulty readings if it isn't OEM brand. Leaving the primary unplugged and running the engine will rule out a bad sensor.
