2002 Honda Civic won’t start

Have had this issue a couple times with my civic but it seems to fix itself. When I turn the key all of the dash lights flash and there’s a fast clicking sound. Thinking possible a battery issue with the weather getting colder but found it weird that it corrects itself randomly. Wondering if anyone else had experienced this issue?

Definitely looks like a low battery. Check the battery cables, ensure they're clean and tight. If you're still having issues get the battery checked (if you have a meter measure battery voltage).
