My 2000 Civic Ex Automatic Car is stuck on Parking, i have checked the break switch and swap it also checked all my fuses the only way to move the car is with a screw driver can any one help me whats the problem ?

So it will come out of park with the key on? But not when the key is off? That's how it's designed. Maybe I'm misunderstanding?

It will glitch and bounce back to place just when I insert the key

I don't know what you mean by that.

Does it come out of park into reverse and then jump back to park? Does it just barely come out of park but then won't move? When you said the only way to move the car was with a screwdriver what did you mean?

I'm not trying to be rude but the problem hasn't been described very well which makes it nearly impossible to help you.
